Blockscout
Conduit rollups come with the option to enable the Blockscout block explorer whenever you need it. You can turn it on at any time from the settings page.
Enable Blockscout
Blockscout can be enabled at any time from the Settings page of your Rollup.
Sign In
Log in to the Conduit app .
Access Settings
Navigate to the Rollups
page and select your rollup, from the sidebar click Settings
. Scroll down to the Block explorer
section.
Enable Blockscout
Click the switch to enable Blockscout. It may take some time for Blockscout to be ready on your rollup.
Note: Enabling Blockscout will require indexing your chain, which may take some time depending on the size of the state. If Blockscout seems to be taking unusually long to start, or if you encounter any issues, please contact support .
Disable Blockscout
Blockscout can be disabled at any time if your chain no longer needs it or if you prefer to use an external block explorer. Disabling Blockscout helps reduce resource usage and keep your infrastructure lean.
Sign In
Log in to the Conduit app .
Access Settings
Navigate to the Rollups
page and select your rollup, from the sidebar click Settings
. Scroll down to the Block explorer
section.
Disable Blockscout
Click the switch to enable Blockscout. You will be prompted to confirm by typing disable blockscout
in the dialog. It may take some time for Blockscout to fully spin down for your rollup.
Note: When Blockscout is disabled no data will be lost. A snapshot of the current state will be saved and when Blockscout is enabled again it will re-index the chain from where it left off. If anything seems wrong after re-enabling Blockscout contact support .
